The first triage nurse I saw said I did not have Shingles (Michelle Chaultan) even though I had intense pain and a line of spots/blisters in a line. I did not accept her decision. The second person I saw said I definitely had shingles (Julie Price) and gave me the necessary medication, acceptable.

My treatment was very good!
The nurse at the beginning was helpful and the doctors Roger was great. Very professional and helpful. A real credit to the NHS. Thanks.
